On Thursday 23rd August, nearly all of the S1-S3 pupils were taken on a trip to Smirisary to view the village which is famous in local culture as having been deserted following WW1.

This is part of a project running through the auspices of The Three Lochs Books festival and will involve a drama presentation by the pupils at a later stage.

The weather stayed dry and everyone enjoyed the walk and the interesting facts shared.
