Rotary Young Chef District Winner
Congratulations to one of our latest Young Chefs, Angus Dunn, who took first place in the Rotary Club District Final in East Kilbride on Wednesday. Angus presented a 3 course meal consisting of Haggis Ravioli, Smoked Haddock on a bed of spinach with Potato Dauphinoise and Tiramisu with sugared almonds. Angus goes on to represent The West of Scotland in the Northern Final (Scotland and the North of England) in March.
