COVID-19 VACCINE APPOINTMENT - CANCELLED 

 

Further to your invitation to attend for COVID-19 vaccine please note this appointment has been cancelled. 

 

Unfortunately, as you will not be 18 years old by the 31st July 2021 you are not yet eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination.    

 

If your appointment is after you receive this letter, please do not attend the venue as our vaccination team will be unable to administer the vaccine for you at this time.  I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have already made arrangements to attend your appointment I am sorry that we were unable to contact you in advance and do apologise for any inconvenience.   

 

Please be reassured that you will be offered the vaccination in accordance with national policy guidance when you become eligible.
