Another successful competition for our young chef Helen Jones who produced another amazing meal at the Regional Final of the Springboard Future Chef competition. Helen was judged a 'very close runner-up' in this North of Scotland Regional Final held in Inverness last Thursday, and at only 12, outshone the other 7 contestants with her dessert named 'best of the day'. We look forward to more success in future years with Helen.
